My research on leadership focuses on the ability of leaders to inspire and motivate followers. It often looks specifically at the speeches of national leaders and the architecture and themes of such speeches

My research on diversity and inclusion looks at issues such as diversity training and seeks to understand the experiences of minority ethnic employees and businesses
